Program Description: CallConversionAI sends SMS messages on behalf of local service businesses to individuals who have called those businesses and did not connect. The SMS follow-up is intended to help the caller receive assistance from the business they tried to reach.

Opt-In: By calling a business that uses the CallConversionAI platform, you provide implied consent to receive a follow-up SMS from that business's phone number. The message will identify the business and provide a clear opt-out option.

Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will immediately and permanently stop receiving SMS messages from that number. Reply START to resubscribe.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Typically 1–5 messages per missed call interaction.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

Automatically: We collect call metadata (call time, duration, number dialed) and SMS message logs as part of delivering our service.
