By accessing or using the CallConversionAI platform ("Service"), operated by Peacock Web Studio ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CallConversionAI provides an AI-powered missed call recovery and lead qualification platform for local service businesses. When a caller does not connect with a business using our platform, an automated SMS follow-up is sent on behalf of that business to help the caller receive assistance.
Consent: By calling a phone number powered by the CallConversionAI platform, callers provide implied consent to receive a follow-up SMS from that business. Each SMS clearly identifies the sending business and includes opt-out instructions.
Opt-Out: Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Upon receipt of STOP, no further messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Typically 1–5 messages per missed call interaction.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Data: SMS opt-in data and phone numbers are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You may not use the Service to send messages that are deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, or illegal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallConversionAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
